Q: When will my order be dispatched?
A: We aim to dispatch all of our orders within 7 days of order processed if not sooner. Please be aware there are occasions during busy periods like Christmas etc that we may exceed these expectations, however we will try put absolute best not too.
Q: Who do you use to deliver your orders?
A: Our standard shipping option is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class

Q: How long will delivery take?
A. As advised from Royal Mail online, they aim to deliver within two to three working days including Saturdays. If a quicker method of delivery is required please contact us beforehand as stated above.
Q: Can I return my item?
A. We accept returns or exchanges for up to 14 days after your order has been dispatched. Please be aware that unfortunately our Peached Bambino website is not able to perform these electronically yet. In order to process a refund please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for return and await your approval. Once your return is approved via email confirmation please send us your return to our returns address and we will aim to refund you within 14 working days of receiving your return. Please be aware that all returns must be unworn, in their orginal condition and packaging. Postage will not be refunded and you are eligible to pay for any return postage.

A: Up to 14 days.
Q: How long will it take for the money from my refund to be credited to me?
A: We aim to process your refund within 7 days of receiving your returned parcel. The length of time it takes to credit your account depends on your bank, usually we estimate 72 hours within completing your refund. Once your refund is completed an email confirmation will be sent.
Q: How can I get my item(s) exchanged?
A: Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Q: I can't see my size, What shall I do?
As a small business we only stock small amounts of each style/size at one time, meaning that items can sometimes be hard to get hold of. If your size is out of stock, please check back as we hope to replenish stock regularly. If you have checked back & your desired item is still unavailable please email us at email@example.com and we will be able to let you know whether or not this item will be restocked or not.
Q: What should I do if I was sent an incorrect or faulty item?
A: Oh no, we are SO sorry! This doesn't usually happen.. we promise! However mistakes can happen, we will do our best to replace or refund accordingly so please do contact us as soon as possible.
